What are your rates?
Rates depend on the scale and scope of the project as well as the timeline involved. Please call to discuss the nature of your needs and to receive your free initial consultation. During this consultation your needs assessment will be taken into consideration and a budget estimate will be discussed. 

How do you estimate a project budget?
Initially, we determine the tasks at hand in three main ways: 1) nature of the problem or opportunity to be addressed, 2) scope of the efforts required to achieve the goals associated with the assignment, and 3) the level of the professionals required to fulfill the tasks, i.e. expertise in financial systems vs. graphic design vs. project management. These differing aspects are written into your project budget, which is actually far more than an estimate, its also a strategy blueprint, not just a needs assessment. Given the nature of work required to produce this kind of document, there is often a fee associated with its creation, but not always. Contact us to determine the level of service your project requires. 

Are your staff members full-time with WIT?
Some are and some are not, depending on the type of work required and the type of projects that the company is currently working on. One of WIT's advantages in the marketplace is our great database of seasoned professionals who we can bring to work on your project, be they freelance or staff. Flexibility is the key factor here. WIT also has the ability to help you recruit employees if your assignment indicates a need for an expansion of your team. 

What is the background of the founder, P. Alvarez?
P. Alvarez (P.A.) has over 15 years of experience in providing high-level Information Technology (IT) services to the international banking and finance community, as well as assisting and founding a significant range of small and medium-sized businesses in many other fields. P.A.'s work history has included service as the VP of Application Development at one of the largest Swiss banks; IT consulting for a top Japanese financial institution; and VP of IT Operations and Integration at a major French financial conglomerate. P.A. has founded several companies along the way, including an e-commerce company, a healthcare system marketing and sales network, and forays into product development. P.A. has assisted start-ups in the telecommunications and Internet media fields and has devoted significant time to a major environmental organization. P.A.'s clients and colleagues agree about the professionalism, organizational skills and drive that make for a winning combination of ability and hospitality at WIT Systems Group.  

How do you recommend that I request a proposal from WIT?
Simply call or write with your most basic interests in improving your business. The WIT team will do the rest, guiding you to get the most out of the experience with well-placed questions, points of focus, and most likely, some key answers to work towards. 

What if I already have a vendor for part of my job? Can WIT still help?
Yes. WIT is known for its ability to collaborate with other companies, creating synergy while conserving capital expenditure.
